Hand wash with warm water and a mild soap after each use. Wipe clean with a dish towel and stand upright to dry. Never submerge your wooden board in water or put it in a dishwasher. To maintain its longevity, oil your board at least once a month with a food-grade mineral oil. Avoid using vegetable or nut based oils.
